From Out of Town?
The City of Tamarac was founded by developer Kenneth E. Behring on July 19th, 1963. Mr. Behring’s vision was to offer the convenient and private housing for retirees, or what are often called “snowbirds.” The city quickly expanded as other developers saw the success of Behring’s idea. Nowadays, Tamarac has grown, not only in size, but also in its younger population. There’s no shortage of activities for people of all ages. This certainly includes our delicious treats! If you find yourself on N. University Dr., come get you some!
